Was Carolyn Zaragoza at Cobble a mag?
Wow! We loved our experience here. The food is fresh, delicious, and unique. Everything on the menu was perfectly executed and delicious even things I usually would have avoided due to not loving some of the ingredients (pickled carrots with the spinachdip? Amazing! . The whole feel of the restaurant is delightfully cozy. The service by Chef Emily was great, as she carefullyexplained each dish in detail. This is defi... View all feedback.
What Ashley Smith dislikes about Cobble:
Great space, delicious food- would highly recommend for a unique, delightful experience. walking in, we were transported to a cozy space . Chef Emily is friendly and gracious. All courses were delicious but standouts were the fennel and citrus salad and grandma berg?s dinner rolls.. and oh.. dessert- a hearty carrot cake with a delicious cream and raspberry sauce. Portions were generous and we left very satisfied. we... View all feedback.

This restaurant ranks among my top five in Boston. Securing a reservation is quite challenging, but after dining here, you'll see why. I managed to book my table about three months in advance. Reservations are released at 9 AM on a monthly basis. The menu is preset, but I was able to choose a vegetarian option, which I appreciated. One of the highlights of this place is that it’s BYOB. While they offer cocktail mixers for sale, we opted to bring our own wine instead. We had several bottles from a recent trip to Italy, which complemented the dishes perfectly. The restaurant is quite intimate with only about three tables, creating a cozy atmosphere ideal for dates or anniversaries. The chef personally came out with each course to share the inspiration and ingredients behind the meal. This place is truly special and distinctive. Everything we tasted was phenomenal, and we loved that the ingredients were sourced from local producers in Massachusetts. I can’t wait to return!
Wow! We don't overeat to the point of discomfort anymore. We're satisfied and truly appreciate quality food. We literally couldn't stop eating! The flavors are incredibly unique and absolutely delicious. You have to visit before they raise their prices because it's THAT good! Thank you for sharing your talent. I can't wait to come back to Boston!
We had a very intimate dinner prepared by an incredibly talented team. The use of local ingredients made for a bold and delicious culinary experience. We visited during the summer, and our delightful meal featured a corn theme. It turned out to be so much more than just a simple ear of corn with its kernels.
Cobble is a wonderful establishment, with a chef who cares deeply about quality ingredients as well as the story behind the dish. The vibe is really great here as well, with the seating maxing out at around 12 guests can’t recommend this restaurant enough.
In the waning days of winter all I really want to find is a fresh vegetable, somewhere, anywhere. Well, I found them last night at Cobble. Every course featured local root vegetables, each perfectly balanced. I had to stop myself from eating too much, knowing there was even more to come. Parsnip hummus!? So creative. The pasta en brodo was a favorite- so fresh and lemony, perfectly cheesy and warming. The thinly sliced Berkshire porchetta was melt-in-your-mouth divine. What surprised me the most, however, was dessert. I 'm really not one for sweets, but that Carrot Cake Twinkie was a bite to behold. Score a table if you can! What a fantastic night. Thank you Chef Emily and Team!

Cobble offers a delightful and distinctive dining experience. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you give it a try!
I visited this restaurant during its opening week in September, and it was such a pleasant and intimate dining experience! Every dish we tried was incredibly tasty. Emily and Rachel were wonderful hosts—so friendly and welcoming. The ambiance, cocktails, music, and décor all felt unique and unlike any other dining experience I've had. We already have a reservation for Valentine's Day, and I couldn't be more excited!
We've enjoyed several meals from Cobble At Home, and each one has been fantastic. The food is an incredible blend of comforting home-style dishes with sophisticated twists and unexpected surprises. Each dish pairs simple ingredients with unique flavors, resulting in a truly distinctive tasting experience. The owners are charming, creative, and fully dedicated to their craft. For at-home customers, the presentation and instructions are flawless—you really can't go wrong! We can't wait to dine in the restaurant once it's safe to do so after Covid! (We belong to a vulnerable population.)
Chef Emily is soooooo talented! She combines ingredients in unexpected ways to create distinctive dishes with beautifully melded flavors and textures. Everything was perfect the ambiance, the food, the service, even the playlist! The food was creative butnot at all fussy, the room was quiet yet festive, the service was attentive. We will definitely be back!
Oh. My. Gosh. We don’t eat til we’re miserable anymore. Satisfied yes. Appreciate quality food? ???? We literally couldn’t put the fork down. The flavors are so unique and freaking delicious. You need to go before they double their pricing it’sTHAT good!!! Thank you for sharing your gift. Can’t wait to come back to Boston!!!

So disappointed. Great space, friendly service. Food was very disappointing, bland gray mush with no highlights (winter root vegetable theme). Best dish was the appetizer. Soup was bland and tepid.
