Cobble is a wonderful establishment, with a chef who cares deeply about quality ingredients as well as the story behind the dish. The vibe is really great here as well, with the seating maxing out at around 12 guests can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

In the waning days of winter all I really want to find is a fresh vegetable, somewhere, anywhere. Well, I found them last night at Cobble. Every course featured local root vegetables, each perfectly balanced. I had to stop myself from eating too much, knowing there was even more to come. Parsnip hummus!? So creative. The pasta en brodo was a favorite- so fresh and lemony, perfectly cheesy and warming. The thinly sliced Berkshire porchetta was melt-in-your-mouth divine. What surprised me the most, however, was dessert. I 'm really not one for sweets, but that Carrot Cake Twinkie was a bite to behold. Score a table if you can! What a fantastic night. Thank you Chef Emily and Team!

Everything about Cobble was pure perfection. Smiles were plastered on our faces all night. The location is unique and the setting is intimate, cozy, welcoming. It's like you're at your favorite family member's home yet having a one of a kind experience familiar yet unexpected. The food was a delight and truly felt nourishing. If I could only have one dessert for the rest of my life it would be Emily's carrot cake twinkie. I could write a whole book about how much we loved this special experience for my partner's birthday and without a doubt I'll be setting a reminder to snag a reservation for months to come. THANK YOU for what you've created, Emily and Rachel.

So disappointed. Great space, friendly service. Food was very disappointing, bland gray mush with no highlights (winter root vegetable theme). Best dish was the appetizer. Soup was bland and tepid.
