Used rotisserie chicken instead of sliced on chicken bacon ranch. Ordered 50% more, hard to tell if I got it with chunky chicken. Went around 1:30 in the afternoon there was two people in front of me. No big deal. Was sitting there waiting patiently and they decided that online orders were more important and I waited for another 10 minutes for them to fill one or two online orders before they even said hello to me while I was standing there in line. Ordered online. They didn’t have roast beef so just added more ham and turkey but still charged me for SubClub on 2 sandwiches. Then when I got home they hadn’t put pickles or black olives on my sandwich. Food: 1 Service: 3
The girl who made my sandwich was fine, vary nice and professional,but when I asked her why she was taking a picture of my sandwich, her manager told her to take a picture of every sandwich she made and send it to her. Also if you are going to tip the person waiting on you, you should give them cash, gas station attendant told me there manager keeps all the tips from the machine. Meal type: Dinner
