La Cascada Mexican - Brookland

The food at this restaurant can be a bit oily at times, but it's a great option for a night out when I don't feel like cooking. If they aimed for perfection, this place could easily become the talk of the town!

Delicious food, personable waitstaff, and kid-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant has been recently redecorated with gorgeous furniture. It's a calming environment where you can enjoy a conversation without needing to raise your voice.

Nothing about this place is good. Zero pricing on there menus, chips was awful, nobody could understand

Really, I didn't like their attention at all, they were more focused on watching their football than serving customers. That being said, they brought the food and did not bring the tortillas. I ordered a soup, but before ordering I asked him if it was spicy, and he said no, because I can't stand spicy food. And they bring me spicy soup, I returned it, because the waitress told me that they would make me another one without spicy, and they bring me the second soup, with an earthy and salty flavor. And on top of that they charge me for something I couldn't eat. It didn't seem fair to me.

Potentially our favorite Mexican food right now. Easy going atmosphere, kid friendly, quick service and good food. If we're in the mood for Mexican food, this is the most consistent restaurant to meet that craving, and we can do it very affordably, even for a family of 6.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly meals, even for pickier eaters (E.g., chicken fingers), and more than happy to supply plates to break up meals for the smaller kids.
