Called the store and told them they didnt give the driver one of my items. They said that they couldn 't do anything about it. Told me that it wasn 't their problem and that I needed to handle it. Slow service and food is lacking compared to other Taco Bells.

It's nice to make people wait about 15 minutes and by the time you get up to order. Sorry but we're closed. I got there about 12:15 and got told they were closed at 12:30 instead of 1:00. We have had service get screwed up alot. We got food that wasn't ours, we don't get all the trimmings for what I ordered. I'm very disappointed with this store in Brookings, SD. If they don't want to serve at 12:30. They should just close at 12:00, like everything else. I just felt they purposely held the line so they could waste your time and then tell u we are close..
They did a fantastic job getting our food out to us, like I couldn't have asked for anything better!!! ??
