There were two people waiting to eat before me, no one in the dining area, and three cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order right away, a regular order with nothing special, and it took 10 minutes to receive it. I overheard the manager speaking to the lone person working in the back, mentioning that drive-thru orders were being prioritized over orders in the restaurant. Despite the slow service, the restaurant was clean and the food was typical for a Hardee's. The orders were served in a bag, so they did not need to use trays at this time.

We never felt like just another customer, unlike at other places. Our food came out quickly and tasted delicious! Thank you!

I wanted to make it a burger to remember so I asked for EXTRA mushrooms and sause. I got MAYBE eight mushroom's NO sause. It was mainly a burger with melted Swiss cheese on it. Very d disappointed. . By the way, the Honey mustard sauce in the packets are like soup. When I get asked if I want ketchup and say NO, I mean NO

There were 2 people waiting for their food in front of me, no one eating in the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order immediately, regular order, nothing special, and it took over 10 minutes to get it. I heard the manager say a few times to the 1 person working in the back that drive thru orders had preference over the orders in the restaurant. Besides the slowness, the restaurant was clean and the food was normal for Hardee
