I always enjoy visiting KFC in Brookings when I'm passing through town and craving some of the best chicken around.
I didn't receive any ketchup with my French fries, and there was no butter for my biscuit either. Who eats fries without ketchup or biscuits without butter? It seems like they treat condiments as if customers have to pay for them, which is why they’re reluctant to provide any.
Love KFC chicken and the staff was very friendly. We were coming back from a Celebration of life from family that used to live in Brookings SD and stopped there on our way back to Marshall to head home.
Did an online order just to get there and the Manager to tell us we have have no food I guess go online to get a refund. Was very rude. Still don’t have a refund…
