Menu
Here you will find the menu of Craft in Brookings. At the moment, there are 15 dishes and drinks on the list.
Brookings boasts diverse dining options, but experiences vary greatly between establishments. One restaurant offers Mexican-inspired cuisine that, while fresh and attractively plated, lacks authenticity and bold flavors. Disappointingly slow service, along with hygiene issues, including a fly in a salad, marred the experience, prompting patrons to reconsider their return. In contrast, Craft shines with exceptional service, delectable food, and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether enjoying a meticulously crafted five-course meal or indulging in pasta and unique cocktails, diners leave satisfied. With a commitment to quality, Craft stands out as a must-visit for anyone passing through Brookings.

The beer dinner at Craft with Fernson Brewery was amazing. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable, and the food was incredible. The five-course meal was exquisite, with delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I will definitely be attending the next beer dinner. Thank you to the staff at Craft and Fernson for the opportunity! View all feedback.
What Roberto Pouros dislikes about Craft:
Hook Lime offers a lively, contemporary vibe. The cuisine is fresh and created from scratch, however we thought it was pricey considering the absence of powerful Mexican characteristics. Whenever my wife and I are in Brookings, we always make sure to visit Craft for at least one meal. It's great to see that the new owners, Jesse and Thos, are committed to providing top-notch service and high-quality food. I recommend sitting at the bar and trying some of their unique cocktails. The food is always delicious and made-to-order, especially their desserts which are not to be missed!

We were here to celebrate my birthday and they treated us so well. we had the smoked salmon-dip assizer who was definitely worth the test. then I shared pasta with one of my friends. we decided to share the black and white alfredo and the spicy shrimp diavolo. I have to say that I liked the alfredo more, but this is my way with every pasta dish. we finished with 2 slices of cheesecake: red velvet and pistachios with oreo crust.
