Description

Brookings boasts diverse dining options, but experiences vary greatly between establishments. One restaurant offers Mexican-inspired cuisine that, while fresh and attractively plated, lacks authenticity and bold flavors. Disappointingly slow service, along with hygiene issues, including a fly in a salad, marred the experience, prompting patrons to reconsider their return.

In contrast, Craft shines with exceptional service, delectable food, and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether enjoying a meticulously crafted five-course meal or indulging in pasta and unique cocktails, diners leave satisfied. With a commitment to quality, Craft stands out as a must-visit for anyone passing through Brookings.

Hook Lime offers a lively, contemporary vibe. The cuisine is fresh and created from scratch, however we thought it was pricey considering the absence of powerful Mexican characteristics. Our tacos were presented in an attractive manner, with cloth napkins. The server was quite pleasant and took the time to explain the menu to us! Because this is a Mexican-inspired restaurant rather than a real Mexican restaurant, the food may not have been as bold.

We were here to celebrate my birthday and they treated us so well. we had the smoked salmon-dip assizer who was definitely worth the test. then I shared pasta with one of my friends. we decided to share the black and white alfredo and the spicy shrimp diavolo. I have to say that I liked the alfredo more, but this is my way with every pasta dish. we finished with 2 slices of cheesecake: red velvet and pistachios with oreo crust.

The presentation of the dishes is fantastic, and they taste great as well. However, a few of the items are a bit overpriced. We've been there twice and enjoyed our experience both times.

A very good place to go. You might need reservations, depending the time of day.

Had the Bourbon Salmon Alfredo and I was blown away with how delicious it was. A fabulous dining option in the Brookings area. I was just passing through town and am thrilled I stopped by. I got takeout and it was fresh, hot, and ready when I got there. Definitely be sure to stop by for some delicious Italian food!
