Wingstop - Brookhaven

I ordered a combo online half an hour before closing and requested to replace the drink with water. However, I was still charged a dollar despite the register being closed, so the change couldn't be processed. I don't think it's a big deal to swap a drink for a water bottle. I believe the website should have an option for selecting a different drink or at least notify customers that there would be an extra charge. I've placed the same order at many other places, including just a few days ago, without any issues. It feels like they are just trying to squeeze out extra change!

Eating was hot and fresh, dominique was very nice n friendly I love her energy also try her new sandwiches they are.? child-friendly: they played nice music very child-friendly

The most SALTY wings I’ve ever had. Then all my wings were full of FEATHERS which is a indication the wings weren’t washed or cleaned properly. It takes nothing but your hourly wage to do your job correctly. If I get sick I know why. Then the cashier had an awful attitude. We the customers don’t make the workers obtain these jobs, so we don’t deserve the attitude or the trashy service when we’re spending money in your establishment. The fries I had were fried twice, so they were full of oil. I wish I could give negative stars

Good food but terrible and downright disrespectful service. Praying for the spirits of these workers and hoping wing stop can relieve them by employing more people or something? Terrible and atrocious attitudes. Disappointing to say the least
