The hamburger was far from fresh, featuring a small, overcooked patty on a large bun, accompanied by a scant amount of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. When I inquired about a replacement, I was told I would need to pay for another one. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. This was my first and last trip to Wards in Brookhaven, MS.
