I had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I believe it's always best to form my own opinion. I'm glad I gave it a try! I ordered the chicken biscuit with hash browns and sweet tea. I had a terrible experience with customer service during my first visit, and I won't be returning. The hamburger was far from fresh, featuring a small, overcooked patty on a large bun, accompanied by a scant amount of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. The ordering system really needs an update at all locations. It should be a quick and straightforward process, rather than going through a checklist just to get what the "big" combo should already include. Despite this, I will continue to dine at this restaurant and enjoy the menu, but streamlining the ordering process would definitely make more sense for today's and future generations.
I really enjoy Ward's restaurant. I was fortunate enough to get hired about four months ago, and now that I’m a bit closer to the location, I’m excited to start!
The best fast food hamburger in Brookhaven! The chili cheese dog is simply unbeatable—it’s perfect. They also offer golden butterscotch sundaes and shakes, which were gone for a while but are back now. This place has always been my favorite and will probably remain so. Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of food options for kids!
