Mcdonald's - Brookhaven

This may literally be the worst McDonald’s around. The customer service is horrible. The 99.9% of the time your order is inaccurate. No lie. Then when asked to make it correctly, they have an attitude. I just asked for my back. Do yourself a favor and go a 1.5m to the North Druid Hills location.

I was very very disappointed in this McDonald’s, because I am a good customer of McDonald’s, but my experience with this location today wasn’t nothing but disrespectful. I ordered the fish meal with no cheese, because I don’t eat cheese and I also order the mango smoothie , but what I got was nothing like what I ordered they put cheese on my sandwich and the mango sandwich was mixed with something else because it wasn’t right the color was different and I paid for large and received medium, and the cup had hair on it, and I try talking to the employees and they had an attitude so I got so mad and left the food there and walked out

This is one of the worst locations orders are always wrong they have you pull for a smoothie. Staff does not pay any attention to what orders should be passed out the window

This is the mega mental health homeless junkie hangout literally a dozen people that smell like pee sleeping begging you to buy them stuff very rude stuff very rude customers literally the worst McDonald's ever. Crazy lady had pee bottles all over the tables and lined up in the windowz just 3 days ago.

Quick service, order correct and the food was good. Ice cream machine was working so 5 stars
