Their custom blends are thoughtfully crafted; for example, the National Parks blends incorporate ingredients specific to each region. They also provide lovely teaware and specialty food items. Moreover, their customer service is exceptional, and my orders have always been delivered promptly.

I've ordered from them online a few times and regularly receive their catalog, so it was such a delight to see all their teas in person. Pam was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for local activities. I left with a fantastic selection of teas for myself and some gifts for family. I hope to return in the future, but I'm also grateful that they offer shipping for when I run out! My top picks are the White Chocolate Peppermint, Carrot Cake Cupcake, and Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble.
