The frys was sitting out and when I got to the car to eat... read more When my meat patty was done it sat on the bun for 5 mins before the worker put my hamburger together. The frys was sitting out and when I got to the car to eat my food less then 4 mins . Everything was cold . The guy that was on the grill moved to the register and he needed help so the guy that was making my burger left to help him and that is how my food got cold . It would have been nice to have him think about keeping the food hot and then helping out . There was no line at the register.

They didn’t drop the fries until after the burger was done so it sat on the counter getting cold. The fries may have been fresh and hot but they were super soggy. Way over priced for poor quality

Honestly, the prices are rather steep for what you get. You can find better value for less money at Kopps. I doubt I'll return here due to the cost.
