I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this Dunkin' location. One of the staff members even smelled my tea before handing it to me, which felt quite unprofessional.
I go to that restaurant with Adam and Margo every Friday!
I ordered $10 worth of food and asked for a small cup of water, only to be told it would cost $1.11. Who charges for a simple cup of water? I’m not a fan of this place and won’t be returning to this location.
This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts! The staff is consistently friendly, and both the coffee and food are excellent!
I usually go to Dunkin every night around 2 to 3 AM. However, during my last nine visits between 1:45 AM and 2:30 AM at the Brookfield, IL location, they told me they don’t serve food at that time. It’s disappointing since I was looking forward to their menu.
