I did a mobile order and accide... read more Usually have a good experience here but really disappointed in the overweight girl with red hair. Think she might be management. I did a mobile order and accidentally did a hot latte instead of iced. She told me I had to buy a whole new drink even though they're the same price I just wanted ice in it. But when you go through the drive thru and make a mistake they just make you a new drink. I spend money here every week and they really couldn't do something as small as adding ice. I spent the money and bought the drink I wanted and it felt like she was gonna keep the hot drink I payed for until I asked for it back.

I try to support the local Fairview Park... read more The worst Dunkin Donuts in the state of Ohio , whoever owns this franchise should sell it to competent business owners. I try to support the local Fairview Park businesses but between the Macdonald's, Giant Eagle and this Dunkin Donuts it wouldn't shock me if all three had the same owners because they're horrible.

They forgot two out of six of our breakfast sandwiches. They apologized and were quick to give us the two sandwiches. Five out of six sandwiches had no flavour.... read more They forgot two out of six of our breakfast sandwiches. They apologized and were quick to give us the two sandwiches. Five out of six sandwiches had no flavour. And the mocha latte didn't taste good either. Customer service was good aside from the 2 sandwiches. And it's not their fault nothing tasted good. They should just stick to donuts and coffee, nothing else tastes good.
