Good quick food at a very reasonable price I just wish they would give fresh and hot hash browns every time, other than that I have no complaints. The warm hash browns are consistent at all of the east side locations. Be warned that deluxe breakfast and the double biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs will put you in a sleep coma ? so don't eat if you're at work or about to go yo work, just get a biscuit lol View all feedback.

won’t ever be back, i’m always in line for 30 plus minutes and this time i sat for an hour after working a 12 hour shift! this place needs new management ASAP! the line isn’t even busy so what’s the wait for ? View all feedback.
Parking: Parking lot is awkward, the inside looks dirty, the food is good. Looks like a sweatshop.
It seems like they are under new management. I’ve had nothing but good experiences each time I’ve went lately.

Grossest Jacks in town now. Dining room had trash on the floor and multiple dirty tables. Towels shoved under the drink station are a health code violation. Young lady that is on the register has the worst attitude and doesn't know the menu. Tried to tell the elderly couple after me they don't have a Special during breakfast.
