PROFESSIONAL and very ACCOMMODATING to me!! I spoke with MD (manager @Store on 204th at BX location and he was a breathe of fresh air!! Made me feel like he listened and went over and beyond to fix the problem. SUPER SATISFIED w his service and because of HIM, I will continue to come back!!! The quality of food (Crispy Chicken and Tenders) is excellent compared to other local places like Texas Chicken Burger. It is also fairer in price. However, customer service needs improvement. On more than one occasion, I was given the wrong order due to a staff member mishearing my order. This and other examples of communication errors from that same staff member mars what is otherwise a satisfactory experience. View all feedback.
