The experience was alright, but not remarkable. Unfortunately, the cocktails were the worst I've ever had. The menu boasts that the margarita is made with “fresh lime juice,” but it tasted like a cheap version of Rose’s lime juice. On a positive note, the food was actually quite good!
This restaurant is a real hidden gem! The food is delicious and expertly prepared. We frequently order the grilled sea bass with yellow rice and beans, and it’s always cooked to perfection. The drinks are tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. If you’re looking to enjoy great food, good drinks, and a fun atmosphere, this is the place to go! Two thumbs up!
I visited this restaurant for the first time today with my kids after reading some reviews that piqued our interest. We ordered our drinks and enjoyed the live entertainment, but when it came time for our food, there seemed to be an issue—the printer jammed, and the kitchen didn't receive our order. It took our waitress over 25 minutes to notice that we hadn't received any food. When I brought it to her attention, she was quite rude about it. I ended up getting another server involved, who finally managed to get our food to us after a 40-minute wait. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back; first impressions matter.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the lead cashier's unprofessional attitude. When I called to express my concerns about the undercooked food, I was met with shouting instead of support. Although I spent a considerable amount of money, I couldn't even enjoy my meal because it was so poorly prepared. It's frustrating to think that someone who doesn't want to work in customer service is in that role. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10 and do not plan to return.
