I waited 15 to 20 minutes just to be served while the staff were in the back, walking around doing I don't know what. When they did take my order, they got it wrong. When I went back to the counter to tell them they gave me the wrong chicken, they gave me the right chicken, plus told me to keep the chicken they gave me, which I don't eat (dark meat). I was pretty much told to be on my way. I also want to mention that the order I placed cost less than $10, and what they charged me cost over $13. I do not believe I'm asking for anything special other than to give me what I ordered instead of charging me for what you want to give me. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I realize I should check my orde... read more I enjoy eating at KFC, but I get frustrated when my order is missing items. I ordered mashed potatoes but didn’t get the gravy. I realize I should check my order before leaving, especially since this happens often at many restaurants when I'm not in my regular area. However, I also believe the staff should double-check the order against the receipt to ensure everything is included before giving it to the customer. Because of this, I’m rating this particular KFC only two stars.

The staff didn't wear gloves while handling food, which is unacceptable. I won’t be returning. Management needs to make some serious improvements.
