Kfc - BRONX

I went to this restaurant and first they miscalculated my bill, then they made a mistake and recalculated it again. When I pointed out the error, the manager responded in a very unprofessional manner. The service was terrible and there was a lack of organization. I had to request a refund due to the poor experience. If I could give this restaurant a half star rating, I would definitely do so.

The order of popcorn chicken was mostly consistent, with only 1 out of 3 orders being spicy breaded chicken instead. I did not want the spicy breaded chicken and did not expect to pay for it. At a price of $6, it felt unnecessary to pay an extra $2 for the breaded chicken.

I absolutely love the original recipe chicken I got from KFC. When I bought 8 original recipe chicken breasts, they were so delicious. I got them from the White Level Shopping Center in the Bronx, NYC.

5/25/22 went to kfc on bruckner, ordered an 8-part meal and a kfc bowl when I get the food I check if the hawn looks fresh. the huh looked like it wasn't the first time I had these problems with this place all day) I told the car-dru person that I wanted to change the bucket of huhn for huhn that looks fresh, she told me that I had to come to the manager. I'm going in and following the manager that the huh doesn't look good. She obviously didn't take it well and said that all the hell was fresh. then she gave me another eight more chickens with an employment. the huh she gave me looked like the first charge, old and burned. I have long gone to this place and not everything was the service bad, but if the manager thinks this kfc was good, I write this letter to advise kfc company that it should monitor the load to ensure that their product was satisfactory for its customers because it was not for me and my family. iuv my kfc but slow and sure they don't leave me any alternative, but go to popeyes. Thank you.

Made fun of my name while on the phone proceeded to say that they don’t care before I got put on hold. This all happened at 9:22pm est April 12 so that whoever views this knows who was working tonight. They also forgot my soda and French fries that I ordered through door dash
