One of the best finds we habe made looking for food while stay at a hotel. We are from Puerto Rico and I really have to say that the mofongo is one of the best I have ever had. I had the worst customer service experience ever. When I placed my order, someone else arrived and was served first, as if I didn't even exist. The cashier seemed oblivious to my presence and continued to process others ahead of me. I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours just for three whole chickens. Mofongo is a Puerto Rican dish, but I love how El Caldero has elevated it to another level. Overall, the food is fantastic!

This is a fantastic restaurant conveniently located near our hotel. It reminded me of my aunt's delicious cooking. The food was truly excellent!
