Chipotle Mexican Grill - BRONX

Very bad service I must say. this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'd like to give 0 stars. the food distribution was not correct. one person served and other person came and touched my eating without gloves. food not available. drinks not available. the workers have hired.

By the chipotle app ordered and they gave hardly any food. also do not contain some of the options selected by the app.

This location is terrible for online ordering after we overload, maintain and completely dissatisfied with the orders we stopped ordering online and the line made to ensure that we saw what went in our order plates. it seems as if the employees are docked at their pay for the portion large portions, because they are cheap with the portion sizes. collect them 2 stars only because it is among the few food places in this opposite.

I’m usually a fan of Chipotle but this one here was far from pleasurable. I let the girl who greets you know that she was light handed on the portion of rice and beans and she informed me that I can pay for a double portion. I’ve been to Chipotle’s all over NY state and never had this complaint. It was so noticeably small. I told her no that’s alright but she added the chicken anyway. Brought it to her attention that I didn’t ask for more. She sucked her teeth then believe it or not, she through it in the garbage and made another one just as light. SMH!While dining someone started blasting the music. Surprised that the manager on duty didn’t turn it down. Today is August 11, 22 at 8:10 pm.Decided to look at some of the other reviews now and many have the same complaint about the portion. The food didn’t taste bad but would have been more enjoyable without tonight’s experience.

Is Chipotle ever bad? Nope! This location has a great team, fast and friendly. I could probably eat this 24/7.
