The queso was even warm! Like omg usually my chipotle delivery order sucks and is messed up somehow but this time everything was sooo good like i need ya to give whoever was working today a raise. Counter tops filthy. Not to mention the Lack of customer service, Manager’s are careless. Dining Area is ALWAYS dirty. I was told go elsewhere. Clearly, Employees are unprofessional, but most all lack customer service. Every time I do come this specific location, staff are cleaning the grills 3 hours early, so that explains the old dried food. I made an online, when my daughter went to pick up the order... read more This place needs to get people with customers service experience, from the workers to the security. I made an online, when my daughter went to pick up the order she was meet with a very rudely security man. He asked for the name of the order, she gavethe name. He said he needed proof so she came to get my phone for proof. She showed it, then he said that he needed to see thename. She went to my email to show him. He seemed not wanting to get her the order but hesitantly gave it to her. I had order aburrito plate, a salad and a large lemonade. She told him that there was a drink, which is on the receipt. Told her that thefountain machine wasn 't working. She told him that is not a soda but a lemonade and he got an attitude with her. She went to thecashier and she got an attitude too, gave a bottle of water, that cost a dollar in the corner store. Almost 4 dollars and wantedto replace it with a dollar water. I went in to return the water and asking for a refund for the missing drink. While going inthe same security man greeted me with a rudely What are you here for? . I didn 't paid mind to him and went straight to thecashier, I explained to her what happened. She told me google how to get a refund. Chipotle you need to do better, never goingto this location.
