The reservation process went smoothly and our table was ready upon arrival. The service and food were exceptional until the karaoke started. The music was so lo... read more The reservation process went smoothly and our table was ready upon arrival. The service and food were exceptional until the karaoke started. The music was so loud (not the karaoke itself) that it was difficult to hear the person sitting next to me. The restaurant and bar are not very large, so there was no need for such loud music. We politely asked the DJ to lower the volume, which he did briefly, but then it quickly went back up. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was awkward as everyone looked around wondering why the music was so deafeningly loud, especially since no one was even singing. I would advise against going to this restaurant on karaoke night, as the DJ's volume control is subpar.
