DEATHLY SLOW,THEIR MORE INTERESTED IN TAKEAWAY DRIVERS AND DRIVE THRU. Ordered a takeaway meal,incorrect items served to us. went back in to query our meal,made to wait AGAIN,staff so ignorant and useless. got home,son opened his meal and found mayo on his burger,I did state at time of ordering NO MAYO as my son is allergic to egg or egg products,two meals aint too much to ask is it,AVOID THIS PLACE. Im done with KFC now,,,,good riddance to cold,sh*t,over priced food.
I had vowed never to return after several appalling undercooked cold takeaway meals but my friends were staying and they convinced me to try again. Ordered at drive through and came home to eat only to discover that they had given me completely the wrong order. Annoyed, I drove back and explained and the staff who couldn't care less just said ah yes here is your order on the side. They tried to pass me my original order which by now was stone cold ! I didn't accept and asked for the food to be cooked again fresh and hot. The staff were quite rude and pulled a face at my request to correct their mistake and to give me hot freshly cooked food. I guess it's just too much to ask from this terrible restaurant.
Dreadful establishment. Prior to lockdown paid for a 10 piece sharing bucket with extra fries. Got it home, most of the food was missing. Called in manager explained I’d been given the wrong order said I could pop down now or be given a code to use “next time you’re in”. I returned on Friday now lockdown is over. Rude girl at window took the code, said would speak with manager slammed the window in my face. Eventually returned said the order would be made up proceed to the next window. I did so. The girl there had no idea why I was there told me I needed to order first. Explained the situation. Disappears again. Comes back to tell me the code has expired though I can have a 15% discount instead. Explain I don’t want that, just the meal I paid for and never got. She said “there is nothing we can do about that”. So they’ve just helped themselves to my money. Kept it. Brazenly just stating to my face that there is nothing they can do. What an absolutely shoddy disreputable organisation
Awful- long wait for takeaway and undercooked, greasy, cold food. Unfortunately this has been the case every time I have visited- I won't be returning.
My wife ordered a takeaway from this restaurant on Friday, November 2nd. We live about 2 miles away. When we got home, the chicken was terrible, cold, and missing the beans we had ordered. There were only about 10 fries in the bag instead of the large portion we had paid for. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience, so we won't be going back. It seems like KFC doesn't check the standards of their franchise restaurants.
