The food was cold, t... read more This was the worst hamburger meal I have ever had. It took a very long time to receive our food, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The food was cold, the cheese fries were a mess, the fries were lacking salt, and the burger was dry. It also took a long time to receive the bill. Furthermore, it was uncomfortably cold inside. I will not be returning.

When asked if everything was okay upon paying, I mentioned that the salad I had ordered was not to my liking. The lettuce was brown and limp, far from fresh and crisp. I had already eaten some in a wrap and could not eat a plate of it as a side salad. I was very disappointed with the quality of the side salad, which consisted of limp lettuce and only 3 slices of tomato. This simple salad cost less than the $3.15 I was still charged. The waitress was aware that I had not touched the salad and was not satisfied with it, so I was surprised by the indifferent reaction from the staff member who responded, "Okay, that's fine then."

I went there for lunch with my kids on Saturday and the service was extremely friendly, making us feel very welcome. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, with flavors that reminded me of the 80s. The milkshakes were a hit with the kids. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
