Been past this pub a lot but the first time I've gone in it. Lovely meal, efficient and friendly staff. I had the scampi and my friend the chilli con carne. Waffle with cream and chocolate sauce and my friend had ice cream for dessert. The scampi was very nice and I had a taste of the chilli con carne which I'll definitely have on our next visit. My friend said it was the best he'd ever tasted. View all feedback.
What Barry T doesn't like about The Five Bells:
Awful experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible and the manager was rude. I ordered 4 meals and all of them were awful - one was cold, one had expired food, there was burnt fish, dirty fryers, and moldy bread. I definitely won't be returning. The staff seemed clueless and the restaurant has lost its good reputation. I would give it a zero if I could. View all feedback.
Fantastic pub well kept beer and friendly bar staff, great locals and the food was pretty good too
Had a wonderful Valentine’s meal, great food and great service. We will be returning very soon.
Great local pub which serve food, cannot fault the service bar staff and the chef. Will definitely be coming back, thank you for a great experience
Just had fabulous Christmas dinner with my family at Five Bells. Food perfect, service by Flo and Lil very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Had a couple of drinks after visiting the hospital, a lovely warm welcome by the friendly staff x
