Lovely greeting and service, hence the 2 stars. Starters were ok, not fabulous, given the price, but for mains we had the beef and ale pie. The only piece of ‘meat’ in mine was a lump of spongy gristle, covered in a thick dark gravy....My husband had a few stringy bits of something in his, and ate it because he was hungry. I tried to eat the pastry , but gave up because it was so tough. All in all, we had a pleasant... View all feedback.

Great eating, great atmosphere, great pub staff are friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend!
The staff here is so friendly and helpful! they go beyond and beyond to take place. amazing food and drinks.
I came with my family, including my father, who visited a few pubs in his life! he was very happy with the series of beers in the offer and the menu. We had a nice evening here and will definitely return. we were from a beautiful man named shane who was very helpful.
Myself and small group of friends decided to have a catch up for late lunch before Christmas. A staff member called Katie was very helpful during our time spent at the pub and was able to make recommendations from the menu. We all had a...lovely meal and spent hours just catching up and having a good laugh. All staff were very hospitable and polite will definitely be going back. Thank you to Katie and team.
