I have used their online ordering and delivery service multiple times. As senior citizens over 75, we have always appreciated the 10% discount offered for orders over £15. Unfortunately, they have now raised the minimum order requirement to £20 in order to receive the online discount. We are very disappointed by this decision, especially during such uncertain times when saving every penny is crucial.
