The waitress was friendly, but the kitchen made mistakes with our order and we had to send part of it back. The 'melting chocolate' dessert was poorly presented and had to be sent back twice. When it came time to pay, I used my bank card and received an alert on my mobile banking app confirming the payment was successful. However, the terminal indicated the transaction had failed. After a dispute with the manager, I ended up having to pay again, but was able to challenge one of the transactions with my bank and receive a refund. I provided detailed feedback to the restaurant's complaints team based on my extensive experience with POS systems and payments, advising them on what they should have done differently.
