However, I have to say that... read more I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years and have always been impressed by their delicious waffles and milkshakes. However, I have to say that I have been disappointed by the small portion sizes of the cake and cheesecake slices, as well as the long wait times for delivery (often over an hour and usually late). Although I don't usually order cake or cheesecake, I decided to try the New York cheesecake today and was extremely disappointed. The slice was tiny, barely filling half of its container, and didn't taste very good. I have had better cheesecake from the supermarket for a fraction of the price. For £4.99, I expected more. After reading similar reviews from others, I would recommend skipping the cake and cheesecake slices and opting for a waffle or milkshake instead, which offer much better value for money. Overall, great waffles and milkshakes but I would avoid the cake and cheesecake slices.

While I was waiting for my order to be fulfilled, a fr... read more I purchased a milkshake for my son at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. While I was waiting for my order to be fulfilled, a friend of mine behind me started placing her order. Instead of attending to my order first, a man from the back room came out and proceeded to serve a customer waiting outside with a milkshake and the debit machine for payment. Even though I had already paid for my son's milkshake and was waiting, no one had started making it. When I asked the man why he skipped my order, he explained that he saw the customer outside waiting and decided to serve her first. Despite my frustration, my drink was still not made and the lady had already left. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service and will not be returning to this restaurant. There are plenty of other places with much better service available.

The driver accidentally spilled it, but when I informed them, they promptly offered me a replacement. They even sent me a large milkshake with cream and chocolate toppings. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction and the quality of their desserts. Thank you!
