The food at this restaurant was good, but when it came time to pay with a card, they instructed customers to use the touch screens provided. However, I noticed that many people were using them and I opted not to, as they did not appear to be cleaned during the time I was there. View all feedback.
What johnsfoodandwine doesn't like about Kfc:
Can be very hit and miss, really like KFC but this outlet can very disappointing at times. Lack of visible senior management for me is one of the obvious things here. View all feedback.
I’ve been here three times now and each time the service is dreadful. A tortoise moves faster than the staff here. They seriously need a visit from their Head office as I can’t believe this can meet normal kfc standards. It’s filthy dirty too.
This is one of the better KFC's that I've been to in SE London. The self-order screens are easy to use and let's you skip the queue
I have been here many times and the service is always poor, rude with attitude. The staff give the impression that they don’t want to be there and this is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to, and the worst service I...

I ordered online for my family and me and was disappointed to find that all the food was cold and unappetizing. The fried chicken was dripping with oil and I had to throw away half of it. While I understand that KFC is a fast food establishment, I was at least expecting the food to be hot and edible. I believe even my 6-year-old son could do better. It is a shame, as I am a chef myself and know how easy it is to cook pre-prepared food. Bromley brand is not new to this, so I suggest they consider either changing their kitchen staff or providing better training.
