I was in Bromley yesterday and had a craving for fried chicken. I decided to go to KFC in Bromley and it was heavenly. I ordered the chicken zinger burger with fries and a Pepsi, and it was hot, delicious, and served quickly and efficiently. Thank you, KFC, from a satisfied chicken lover, Tim C.

I’ve been here three times now and each time the service is dreadful. A tortoise moves faster than the staff here. They seriously need a visit from their Head office as I can’t believe this can meet normal kfc standards. It’s filthy dirty too.

This is one of the better KFC's that I've been to in SE London. The self-order screens are easy to use and let's you skip the queue

Can be very hit and miss, really like KFC but this outlet can very disappointing at times. Lack of visible senior management for me is one of the obvious things here.
