A take from here Monday afternoon by the just eat app ordered. Eat arrived 20 minutes early and driver was very eager to get away. When I took the food out of the bag, I was horrified. reis was overboiled and in a snot like. substance with what I think should be meat and sweet and not taste. bands were slimy. Chicken chow my was overlaid and slim. sweet and acidic sauce was cold and glued like. the toast was cold and dripping with oil. called the restaurant to complain and ask for a refund and was said that all the suppliers had gone to home, but the restaurant was open for another hour? I was also told that nothing could be done because the boss was not there and only he could make a decision. was said to call the next day and keep the food as it would be collected when a driver was sent to me with my £35. I called the following day and was told that they would spend the refund, but I just had to call, eat and let them know that I was not happy with the food and that I wanted a refund. I was told that no driver would be sent with my refund until this was called. I therefore simply call to eat to say that there was no need for the call, as there was a cash payment and the call to eat is only necessary if a card payment was taken. I call the restorer again and they say that they would send out a driver to collect the disgusting living being and to refund my money. I asked three times how long this would take and the third time I was told 45 minutes. an hour passes. I'll call back and talk to the same lady and say she'll contact the driver for me and call me back...30 minutes without calling back. I'll call again and talk to the owner and he'll shout at me and tell me it's not his problem and that I have to come to the restaurant. I make my way to the restaurant, where I am greeted by two workers and the owner, who are all incredibly rude. they all screamed at me in Chinese and had the wrang to go through the bag of food to see if I had eaten what I had not. finally get my full refund!. save time and annoying, they do not use this rasen of a restaurant! not worth the effort.

This respectrtaurant has no respect for people with allergies. I ordered food without nuts because my wife has a heavy nut allergy and the dish with sprinkled nuts appeared on the top. When I complained, they said I had ordered myself. obviously with a woman who carries an epip, I am aware of the driven who can cause nuts. an apologies would have gone a long way or an exaggerated court quickly sent to complete our order, but they were more concerned about the refusal of knowing about the error and trying to owe me. I would urge someone with a food allergy not to use or take away this restaurant.

Group of nine of us went to a birthday meal and the night just went from bad to bad! service was horrific and slow along with orders missed and drinks never come, even ask for several. the bill was wrong with objects that do not go back sad better places to spend our money

My family really enjoyed our meal tonight. the service was amazingly fast. it was my daughter's birthday, and the waitress made a bit of a mess about her. the food was really delicious. I recommend this Chinese. easy on the expensive side for the buffet.

Very nice food and staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it here especially the buffet menu, for what you get is a good price
