The venue is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the cocktails are delicious. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the decor is lovely. I will definitely return. Booked for 8pm but was left outside for 15mins waiting before anyone came to apologise. Nachos were OK to startI had the beef rib which was a bit too fatty and smaller than I had imagined, the sweet potato fries which were tasty and the mac and cheese which was terribly bland.Dessert I had yhe pecan brioche bread. The restaurant has a beautiful exterior and the interior decor is equally impressive. We were initially attracted to the restaurant because of the wide variety of cocktails offered. However, despite making a reservation, we were seated between two other tables of two, which felt cramped. The burgers were bland and dry, and the cocktails were weak. The service was too fast and felt hurried, with us finishing our meal in under an hour. It might have just been a bad experience, but in my opinion, not worth a repeat visit. We did not leave a tip.
The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service was slow. They only set out 4 sets of cutlery for our party of 9, forgot a part of our order, and it took a long time for them to return our change.
I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The food, especially the burgers, was delicious, but there were not many vegetarian options. We had three different waiters during our meal, and only one of them was friendly. The other two left us waiting for the bill for almost 30 minutes, forgot our drinks, and were not welcoming. On top of that, they tried to overcharge us. Needless to say, we did not leave a tip.
This was our first visit, we found a lovey atmosphere, but not pretentious, plenty of room to make you feel comfortable in covid times, choice of cocktails, beers and wines, great food and great service
Was nightmare from start to finish ordered starter and main meal 30 minutes later had to ask where starters were 10 minutes after waiter come back said lost order started again starter come mine cold took it back they looked at me if mad it come after boyfriend had finished then just as put knife down main arrived told them I just finished starter but they did not care put it down and walked away not once was a sorry used thery are rude. Unhelpful. And new customer service satisfaction review I paid £70.00 for nightmare meal
