I had a disappointing experience at El Rey Peruvian Restaurant. The service was extremely slow; it took 45 minutes just to get my order of chicken. When it finally arrived, the chicken was below expectations—lacking flavor and definitely not worth the wait or the high price. For the quality provided, it felt way overpriced. Overall, I left feeling very let down and wouldn't recommend this place Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Pollo a La Brasa Papas Fritas Y Arroz Con Pollo

I loved the Lomo Saltado. My first time having this dish and Peruvian cuisine as a whole. I ventured out to try this cuisine as my mom is traveling there tomorrow. I was thoroughly impressed by the high quality flank Steak and unique, delicious sauce that binded the diverse flavors of this dish together. It may seem from the ingredients of this dish that it's nothing out of the ordinary, but the Peruvian sauce and cooking style make it unique in its own regard and worth a try. I can highlight the cleanliness of the place including the bathroom, 10/10. I loved the appetizer because the oil was clean and it was noticeable in the flavor of the food, roast chicken with a very good flavor and the lomo saltado was also delicious. My only suggestion is the high volume of the TV. In my case I prefer not so much noise to eat, just personal case Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Arroz Con Mariscos, Jalea Mixta, Pollo a La Brasa Papas Fritas Y Arroz Con Pollo

Very bad experience to begin with, they moved our table because we were 5 people and the tables were for 8 people and we chose that one because the others were for 4 people and that was not all when they brought the food there was a hair on the food. We let the waitress know that Yacira C Mayta served us and instead of changing the food what she did was remove her hair saying that sometimes they leave like that, the truth is it was terrible, a very unpleasant moment Service: Dine in
