When it finally arrived, the chicken was below expectations—lacking flavor and definitely not worth the wait or the high price. For the quality provided, it felt way overpriced. My first time having this dish and Peruvian cuisine as a whole. I ventured out to try this cuisine as my mom is traveling there tomorrow. I was thoroughly impressed by the high quality flank Steak and unique, delicious sauce that binded the diverse flavors of this dish together. It may seem from the ingredients of this dish that it's nothing out of the ordinary, but the Peruvian sauce and cooking style make it unique in its own regard and worth a try.
