Be... read more Shockingly, as many times as we've traveled up to Beaver's Bend, over the years, we'd never actually checked out this badass brewery before! WHAT A MISTAKE!! Beautiful facility, great food, awesome staff, a bunch of delicious local brews, a full servicebar, and this place even has a MASSIVE patio stage kid's playground out back. The gift shop next door is jam packed withawesome merchandise (literally dozens of different t-shirt designs and colors, plus a bunch of other cool souvenirs) and it justso happens to be just a few doors down from the Hochatown Distilling Co., which made for some great bar hopping without havingto drive somewhere else. WILL RETURN!! ????????

Self-serve ranch dressing station was a hit.

Before our visit, we looked for a nearby pizza place because we consider ourselves pizza lovers and truly enjoy a great slice! Even though my wife preferred a competitor, I was tempted by the appealing photos of your brick oven pizza online, which looked perfectly charred, just as real pizza should be. We drove over 20 minutes to your location today, and it turned out to be a major letdown. The pizza was floppy and doughy, despite my specific request for it to be well-done and crispy! When I called to speak with the manager, a woman on the phone mentioned that the quality varies depending on who is working that day. Really? Please let me know who the best pizza chef is, as I would like to give it another chance.

You'll have to stand in line to place your order and pay, but once that's done, you can find a seat and your order will be brought to you. The space is roomy, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a large open area and a playset for kids. Additionally, there's a delightful ice cream shop just a short walk away. The only drawback is that dogs are not permitted.

We sampled the Timber Creek ale alongside the Tubby Keith and Kickin' Chicken pizzas. The crust was wonderfully thin and crispy, and there was no shortage of toppings. The buffalo sauce on the Kickin' Chicken was tasty without being overly spicy. However, I didn't really detect much tang from the blue cheese, so I'm wondering if it was left out. The outdoor seating area is also really lovely!
