Food was excellent, was very friendly. We told them we were out of town did not know the menu. They informed us of all the foods and what was popular. Very helpful. I will go again next year on my vacation. What Stacy Walker doesn't like about Taco Bueno:
The drive through is the slowest drive through of any restaurant in town. Expect a 15-20 minute wait if you are third in line. I was given three of the wrong burritos. The guy read it back and the order was correct. I get my receipt and the order is wrong on the receipt. I didn’t read the receipt till I had left. Great place to have lunch, super busy, fast, fresh food. Great customer service!
Every single time I come here they mess up my order. Forgetting to take things off or full on not giving me items I paid for. Every time I call about these issues it takes approximately 10 times calling before anyone will answer the phones. They will even flat out decline my calls.
Waiter didn't listen well to order..made wrong choice.. beef taco salad should have been two beef tacos..l ate anyway since l charged on my card..wasn't very apologetic ..should have offered price
The food was tasty. The server was very nice. It's a nice dining room.
If you accidently drop your plate in your lap they will make you another one! They are so nice there!
