Initially, I had received a sample menu and quote for my wedding and responses were timely. However when it came time to book we never heard anything back. Some of the best barbecue ribs I have eaten. All the meats he prepares our top of the line smoked and barbecued. The side dishes are delicious as well. Everything is prepared just as ordered. Great food. View all feedback.

Had Stu do our turkey , dressing and giblet gravy and and his famous bbq baked beans. Every thing was fantastic! Definitely recommend!
