Description

Phat Philly’s in Broken Arrow dishes up hearty cheesesteaks, Frots (fries+tots with cheese whiz and chili) and standout seasoned waffle fries with a generous sauce bar. Staff are often warm and service can be welcoming, but execution is uneven: long waits, order mix-ups, soggy sandwiches, heavy or off flavors and a reliance on cheese whiz frustrate some guests. Ask for no extra salt and confirm your order; the casual dine‑in/bar and drive‑thru setup makes it a convenient, comfort‑food spot that's occasionally hit-or-miss.

During my dine-in visit, the bread was a bit too soft to manage easily, but the sandwich was still incredibly tasty. We also tried the Frots, which are a mix of fries and tater tots, topped with cheese whiz and chili. However, I found the added salt on the waffle fries a little overwhelming for my taste. I recommend asking for no extra salt on the fries and adding it yourself if you prefer—it's definitely better that way. Be sure to grab some BBQ sauce and ranch from the sauce bar to drizzle on your chili cheese Frots; that combination was out of this world! The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind, and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service. They made us feel welcome and contributed to a fantastic overall experience!

The phat Philly's down town is better. There is no music. No enjoyable atmosphere. Food. Wasn't all that. . Didn't seem any different then eating at Burger King

If you're looking for a sandwich that's extremely soggy and cold cheese tater tots, then this is the spot for you! The service was surprisingly good this time, but the food was quite disappointing.

Normally this place is popping food always fantastic. BUT this time my sandwich was so unbelievably wet. The bread was mush and I couldn’t even eat it as a sandwich. I can’t even really tell what all the liquid is. Not happy with this visit. The entire staff is different from my last visit and it seems like no one knows what their doing.

After one waffle fry my tongue was mummified... they should have saved the salt for the Philly because it was more bland than an Amish fashion show.
