However, they didn’t confirm my ord... read more My experience was just okay. I went through the drive-through, and it was relatively fast since there wasn’t much of a wait. However, they didn’t confirm my order, and sadly, it was incorrect, which was frustrating. The fries were really disappointing, but the onion rings were passable. My burger was decent, though it was a bit dry. I’m not really sure why others rave about this place.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the customer service was warm and welcoming, and the food surpassed my expectations. Although I’m not typically a big fan of beef, I really enjoyed this burger.

The lady at the register was incredibly sweet, and even though sh... read more I had an amazing experience at Whataburger! This was my first visit, and I decided to dine in. The lady at the register was incredibly sweet, and even though she was still learning the ropes, she did a fantastic job. I was given a variety of delicious sauces to try, and since I had never tasted their shakes or malts, I asked a staff member about the difference. She explained it to me and kindly brought out two medium samples—one of the malt and one of the shake, both rich and chocolatey. The staff, service, and overall experience were all outstanding. I absolutely love this place!
