You have the option to customize your own burger and add whatever toppings you like, and they grill it right in the dining area. I went there with a friend, and we both left feeling completely satisfied with our meals. Their fries were also fantastic—one regular-sized order is enough to rival about six large fries from a fast-food place! The staff was friendly and attentive, which really contributed to our enjoyable experience.

The burgers were excessively wet and messy, causing the buns to disintegrate. They overloaded the burgers with mustard and ketchup, making them a soggy mess. Additionally, the fries were neither fresh nor hot; instead, they were filled with leftover broken pieces. Given the high prices, Five Guys should take pride in their menu offerings, but it seems the staff needs to improve their attitude as well. The person who took our order was quite indifferent and even rolled her eyes when I chose not to leave a tip. My suggestion to her is to start smiling!
