I just had my first meal at Cotton Patch today, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning often! They have the best mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, plus the fried chicken is amazing!
On Sunday evening, I took my niece and her children to Cotton Patch. There was a slight wait due to a kitchen mishap, but this extra time allowed us to catch up and chat! Our server, Kimberly, was fantastic—her eagerness to assist us truly made the experience special. I highly recommend requesting her when you visit! I also asked the manager to come to our table so I could commend him on the outstanding performance of his staff. I was surprised to hear some negative remarks about Cotton Patch, as I had a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly give them a perfect score! Thank you for such a delightful evening! – Roger Whetstone, Paducah, KY
Delicious homemade comfort food! While the prices are a bit higher compared to other restaurants, it’s definitely worth it. The Texas-sized onion rings were fantastic, and I highly recommend the chicken fried chicken meal.
When we visited, the restaurant was quite busy. We chose to sit at the bar, where our server was very attentive and helpful. The food we ordered was of excellent quality, and the prices were reasonable for the portions. However, the couple next to us had their order mixed up several times, which suggests that there are still some operational issues that need to be addressed.
On opening day, the service was quick and precise. The food was fresh and the coffee was served hot. Even though the dishes were fried, they didn't have a greasy taste. I definitely plan to return. I'm excited to see how this restaurant evolves in Broken Arrow. I rated it 4 stars because the staff is still getting accustomed to the new process and seemed a bit nervous about making mistakes. I look forward to witnessing improvements as the initial pressure from the opening weekend eases.
