There are some really negative reviews on this place and it really surprises me because I go in here all the time. The food is always fresh and prepared nicely, but it’s the staff there that makes the experience so lovely. They are all so helpful and friendly especially Thomas and Simran, they always have smiles on their faces and really go the extra mile to be so welcoming. Service: Take out View all feedback.

That woman has been working there for ages and still she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing and do they not understand that when they scan the offer on subway app that it should’ve been £3.99 rather than £7? Ridiculous. Subways a rip off. View all feedback.

I always go to subway in longlevens, I am frequently served by Thomas and Simran, who are both amazing and take great care, they are both always polite, very welcoming as well as super friendly. Simran and Thomas are brilliant and both of them have made my subway experiences super positive!
