Ozzie Kebab Van

We were returning and happy customers for over a year, but after today experience we won’t be sadly returning anymore.When we ordered, the guy said card only, wouldn’t be a problem but would be nice to know upfront as we always used to pay by card… but not a problem, I have told him that I am going to withdraw money while my partner was waiting for his orderWhen I come back he didn’t even start prepping our food. It took 20 minutes for single kebab and people who ordered after us multiple orders were served first…. Still ok as normally Ozzies kebab was worth the wait, surely NOT THIS TIME.Guy who was working instead of the owner kept leaving and coming back, being absolutely clueless. Managed to mess up someone else’s order eventhough customer told him he gave him a wrong sauceWell after 20 minutes we got our kebab, which was sitting on the side for a while… lamb wasn’t cooked properly and WHO IN A RIGHT MIND serves kebab with butter lettuce and mixed salad…. You don’t, as not everyone eats mixed salad hence you would always pick and choose what salad you wantWhen we told the guy this is not what we expected he turned started to have an attitude and yelled on my partner “don’t come back”Sorry Ozzie but this was really disappointing experience resulting in binning the whole order

Came out of the ridge and have had a few kebabs from these guys. And its lush. Top kebabs. Would highly recommend. Only when pretty lashed up though .

Best kebabs in Gloucester by far!! I would recommend them above anyone else!

Lovely food, excellent service ,i would suggest you to have the lamb chop as they are so delicious with that flat nan bread wow
