The food is rarely consistent and I'm sure turnover with the chefs has a lot to do with it. However, what they lack in consistency, could be made up with excellent customer service. Sadly,their customer service is awful. Today, I ordered their steak tip skillet and I usually ask for my steak to be cooked medium.The steak was charred and cooked well done. No accommodations were made to remedy the situation despite being told a managerwould reach out. I will no longer support this business.
