Absolutely fantastic Valentine’s dinner. The place is a little fresher since I was last there- the food was so good. I had Brie stuffed chicken, mashed, and veg. I feel like the food was not just warmed-up off of a food-service truck- it was delightful, REAL food and was presented beautifully. The servers were very sweet, and efficient. What Ben Metz doesn't like about Cedar Point Market Restaurant:
Could not believe that we experienced racism in Canada! We wanted to try out this restaurant based on the reviews but when we arrived, we were met with a cold stare from the owner and when we said that we needed a table for 8, she immediately told us that there's no room even though there was clearly a table that was empty and a group that was almost done with their meal. I went to this restaurant for lunch. It was a bit confusing because it is now called "At the Y" instead of its previous name. The previous owner sold the business to one of the employees, but there haven't been any major changes to the menu or service. Despite this, it is a great restaurant in a small town with ample parking. The interior is simple but cozy. The menu offers a wide variety of options. We ordered the Steak Sandwich and the Triple Decker Club, both of which were delicious and arrived promptly. The server was attentive and overall it was a good dining experience. I would definitely return to eat here again.
My mom and I had our fifth incredible meal at this restaurant. The food was fresh and the place was very clean. The only thing I would suggest changing would be the table coverings... it would be more cheerful if they got rid of the brown ones. This is a fantastic local family-owned restaurant. We will definitely be returning!
I have driven by this restaurant for years noticing the sign that Saturday was their Prime Rib Night. I have read reviews and know people that have rated it quite well. So we finally booked last Saturday and brought a friend. We had their earliest sitting. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We all ordered the Prime Rib. We were served in less than 10 minutes we were the only customers at the time). The side dishes were basic no Yorkshire pudding),,,but they were fine for the money. Unfortunately , my Prime Rib was ,,,,,Cold. It was obviously not just recently cooked, in fact it appeared to have just come out of a fridge. I brought it to the attention of the server, who apologized , took it away and brought it back a short time later, slightly warmer. It was not tenderer . The only positive note would be is that there was no large chunks of fat and the Horse Radish was quite good. On Prime Rib Night ,,, I think it is fair to assume that one would be served a freshly cooked roast. Maybe this is related to Covid 19, limited staff etc. but that was the worst Prime Rib meal that I can remember having at a restaurant . For the money,,, not good value. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing on their Prime Rib Night
Their pot roast melts in your mouth. Service was friendly. Will definitely go back.My mom had the small portion and still took almost half home.

A local 3 piece band (Empty Pockets) really set the mood with great harmonies and tunes selected to please the wide range of patrons. Music wasn’t too loud. Will definitely be back soon, and often. You guys knocked it out of the park. Thanks for a wonderful date-night.
