Beautiful surroundings in an old Manor House. A well balanced meal at a good price for three courses and nice cocktails and impressive wine list. The service is smooth and clean and pretty good covid safety. View all feedback.
The location was ideal, the staff was fantastic and made the evening go smoothly.
My two friends and I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening and enjoyed a beautiful bottle of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. I must say, the prices were a bit high (50 dollars per person), which may exclude some people unnecessarily. However, the food, service, and overall experience were excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it all again. It is definitely worth a visit. Our waiter, Orelion, was fantastic and everything went smoothly. Don't hesitate to go – you won't be disappointed.
Good value white linen lunch service. Cured mackerel starter was excellent, the belly pork not far behind but had perhaps sat at the pass for a little longer than ideal, sweets nicely presented and well balanced. Wine list long and ambitious but on the pricey side. Safely distanced tables and good practice when we were there but filled up and staff stretched as the afternoon drew on. It was just the sort of place to linger over coffee that we wanted though.
The setting was stunning in a beautiful Cotswold hotel with manicured gardens, terrace and a church ! The restaurant was more formal but oozed charm. Food was immaculately presented, not overwhelming in portion size and divine to taste. They accommodated my daughters lactose allergy superbly, Only niggle was a mix up with our wine during a top but remedied immediately. Good service throughout and would definitely return.
A good treat experience, but not cheap. very attentive service. pretty many parts. interesting weinlist.
