My partner and I visited this charming little café today. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly by one of the staff, who was friendly and welcoming. Having worked in retail myself, I can offer a piece of advice: whether the person is the owner or hired staff, there are two things they should avoid. One is visibly using their phone, and the other is eating in view of customers. I believe these actions can lead to a negative perception and possibly contribute to a lower rating.
