Aft... read more The owners or managers spent their time sitting around, eating, filming Instagram videos, and flirting with female guests, rather than overseeing the staff. After enduring overpriced bar food, we waited 30 minutes for a shisha that ultimately fell short of standard quality. It was concerning to see evidence that they might be reusing the hoses. Staff training was clearly lacking. I asked the same waitress three times to check on our shisha order because we had been waiting so long, yet she assured me she would follow up, only to ignore my request and serve other guests drinks instead. Additionally, due to licensing restrictions, no alcoholic beverages are allowed in the shisha area, yet they continued to serve drinks in coffee cups. I've never experienced such poor value for food and service. As someone who works in hospitality, it was a disappointing atmosphere, and I truly wish I had chosen to dine at Sage restaurant across the street. I cannot recommend Memory Lane.
